The item I received is damaged!

If the piece is defective then kindly inform within 24 Hours of delivery on WhatsApp or call us.
Note: In case of defective piece, we don’t provide refund instead we arrange replacement or credit notes.

Can the item be cancelled?

Pre-paid orders can not be cancelled.

What are the refund options?
